Make a difference in the lives of sick and injured children in Brandon and the surrounding areas Thursday, April 20th, 2017 - 6am-6pm as we broadcast live on 101 The Farm and 96.1 BOB FM for the Caring for Kids Radiothon, presented by Planet Kia at the dealership 415 – 18th St N. in Brandon.
The Caring For Kids Radiothon gives listeners the opportunity to hear first-hand stories from children and their families that have fought hard, as well as the struggles they face every day. Hear how your support can help save lives.
This year at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, a portable neonatal cardiac monitor is needed. This unit is lifesaving as it monitors the heartbeat of a baby in critical care. The cost is $15, 207. Here at the Children’s Hospital, our intensive care unit for babies is growing and the need for specialized cribs is great, but they aren’t cheap. They are $11,000 each.
They need you more than ever. Donate today and have your donation matched by Sunrise Credit Union (up to $3,000) or challenge your co-workers, neighbours and friends and come down to Planet Kia – 415 18th St N, Brandon, MB R7A 6Z2, April 20th from 6am-6pm.
Help make a difference…because sick children need you now!
